If you encounter a problem with the program or have a suggestion on how the program might be improved, please report the details in writing or send us an E-mail. If you are a registered user and a reported problem is not outside the design and basic limitations of the program, every effort will be made to quickly correct the problem.
To answer your questions or solve a problem, it will be very helpful to be able to see the problem exactly the way you are seeing it. The best way to do this is to attach example files or other information to your Email that will help us to fully understand the problem. In your Email please give as much detail as you can about the issue.
If you would like to obtain a fresh copy of the latest version of the program at any time, you can do the following:
1. Download it from an information service or the website and install it on your system
2. Fully evaluate it to be sure it meets your requirements
3. Register a license for it.
